Terms of service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Tevium, its website and account services. By using Tevium, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Tevium is

Tevium is a media player. It does not provide, host, or distribute any television channels, streams, movies, or series. You are solely responsible for the sources you configure, including any IPTV provider subscriptions, M3U playlists, and Stremio addons, and for ensuring you have the right to use them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tevium to access content that infringes copyright or other rights, or in any way that violates applicable law. Tevium is not responsible for the content you access through third-party sources.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tevium on your devices, subject to these terms. Paid features are provided on the basis described at purchase.

Third-party open-source components retain their own licences. Where the LGPL applies, you may modify your copy for your own use, replace or relink the covered library with a compatible modified version, and reverse engineer the application to debug those library modifications. These terms do not restrict those rights. Applicable library source, notices and replacement instructions accompany the corresponding app distribution. Tevium’s original application code remains proprietary.

No warranty

App updates and third-party sources can affect compatibility. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Availability of third-party sources is outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tevium is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
